D-Day and i some how managed to PASS !

Well Latrell and i decided to make a weekend of it in Oklahoma city. a 4hr drive up and 4hr Drive back down in one day is allot. So we packed the kids up and all headed to the city.

I dropped everyone of before heading off for the department of wildlife and taking my test. I haven't taken an exam for 20 years so to say i was nervous is an underestimate. I have been using the Californian guide and a few other books. I will say this out off the 105 questions oklahoma ask you only about 5 appear in the californian study guide. I just want to say thankyou to all those the encouraged me and heled me in haveing the knowledge to take this test, the result of which was a 94. To say i was elated was also underestimate i was so nervious running up to the exam and had to take some serious dee breaths. I couldnt stop smilling. Now on to get my mews finished and permits endorsed !

Thanks Ryan but unfortunately you can't join the Oklahoma Falconer's Association until you have your federal permit. I'm on the Oklahoma yahoo group though

That is true you have to have you're Fed permit, but we are trying to change that in the future. There are two oklahoma listserves. I saw you on Oklahomafalconry, but Okiehawkers is the official OFA listserve, it is much more active than the other and you can sign up before you are a member. Again congrats and I hope to meet up with ya sometime in the future.
